Vision

and Commitment

As a practice, we understand the effects of climate change and the increasing challenges to our planet. We also acknowledge the significant impact buildings have regarding carbon emissions. As designers, we recognise our responsibility to reduce this. Bailey Partnership has therefore set a target of achieving Net Zero by 2030 both as a business and in the buildings we produce.

Climate Challenge

We have demonstrated our commitment by joining the RIBA 2030 Climate Challenge and seek to encourage, support and provide guidance to our clients via their own Net Zero ambitions. The challenge is made up of four targets: to reduce operational energy demand; reduce embodied carbon; reduce potable water; and achieve health and wellbeing targets on temperature, daylight and indoor air quality. Social Values

We believe our people and our involvement with the local community underpin the wider economic, social and environmental effects on the sustainable future. We are committed to continuous improvement and promotion of internal and external practices and partnerships aligned with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations. This is supported by our work towards achieving our first Workplace Wellbeing Charter award.
