Bailey Partnership have been undertaking EWS1 Option A and B Cladding Surveys across the country since spring 2020 ensuring accurate EWS1 forms accepted by finance providers and insurers are swiftly issued. The addition of Fire Engineering Services to our already multidisciplinary offering allows us to expedite the survey process and ensures a coordinated approach to fire engineering solutions.
Our multi disciplinary team have been working on Ministry of Housing Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) cladding remedial projects since the immediate aftermath of the Grenfell tragedy which includes the three iconic fifteen storey tower blocks in Plymouth. Working closely with Clients we have successfully secured over £15m of MHCLG funding on a number of projects and continue to work on cladding remedial projects around the country which we expect to be funded through the original Building Safety Fund launched in 2020 and the new fund of £3.5bn which has been promised by ministers to remove unsafe cladding from high-rise buildings over 18 metres in England “at no cost to residents”.
Should you require an EWS1 Cladding Surveys or would like to discuss a potential cladding replacement project please get in touch.
