Bailey Partnership has been awarded four frameworks with Cornwall Council. The agreements, for up to four years, cover a range of construction consultancy services to deliver the Council’s capital and maintenance programmes for schools, colleges, corporate property and social services. The Council became a Unitary Authority on 1st April 2009 and their estate now comprises several thousand properties.
Together with one other firm, Bailey Partnership secured the most appointments across the eleven disciplines covered by the frameworks. Three firms have been appointed to each discipline, with twenty-four securing contracts. Bailey Partnership has been awarded frameworks for Architecture (less than £1 Million), Architecture (more than £1 Million), Building Surveying and CDM Co-ordination.
This success is a clear demonstration of the firm's ability to compete effectively across a number of single-discipline frameworks, in addition to providing a full multi-disciplinary service to many other clients.
