Bailey Partnership has been shortlisted as a finalist for the 2010 'Building Awards'. These awards recognise the construction industry's top performers across a number of categories. 'Building' received a record number of entries this year, which they say made the judging process very difficult and even harder to select a shortlist of finalists. It is therefore particularly pleasing for Bailey Partnership to be one of six firms shortlisted in one of the two Construction Consultant/Surveyor of the Year categories.
The Awards ceremony is a major event in the construction calendar, and presents a chance to rub shoulders with and applaud the best in the industry. Normally attracting over 1500 attendees, this year's Awards will take place on Thursday 22 April at the Grosvenor House Hotel in Park Lane, London. Other categories include :-
▪ Architectural practice of the year
▪ Building magazine project of the year
▪ Construction consultant/surveyor of the year (100 staff or over)
▪ Contractor (up to £300m) of the year
▪ Engineering consultant of the year
▪ House builder of the year
▪ Housing project of the year
▪ Integrated supply chain of the year
▪ Major contractor (over £300m) of the year
▪ Manufacturer of the year
▪ Project/construction management firm of the year
▪ Public building project of the year
▪ Specialist contractor of the year
▪ WRAP award for sustainable construction
