Staff Hat Trick

Three members of staff have been successful at their first attempt in achieving full MRICS chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.  This equates to a 100% pass rate for Bailey Partnership staff applying for final assessment in the November 2009 APC.

The three staff are Karl Martin, a building surveyor in our Sevenoaks office, Paul Miller, a quantity surveyor based in Exeter and Robin Slee, a building surveyor in Bristol.

This achievement reinforces the firms continuing commitment to training in what are difficult times for our industry.  Together with the 100% pass rate, this confirms our ability to offer high quality structured training and excellent experience to APC candidates across our offices.
