Project Monitoring

From a funder's point of view, funding a new development is a risk, and employing a Project Monitor is a way to control some of the risk. As Project Monitors, we understand the risks to which funders are exposed and strive to monitor and manage these risks. We are able to provide an expert assessment of development project risks and undertake initial appraisals, ongoing monitoring or both.

To appraise and monitor the design, procurement and construction process requires a broad range of skills covering contractual arrangements, developmental impact, planning and building control processes, programming and maintenance. Our multi-disciplinary expertise ensures all skills are available to contribute to this process.
