A complete service is available to fulfil the role of CDM Co-ordinator under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 either as part of a full consultancy package, in addition to our other services, or as a stand – alone role. We will work with you, your Designers and Principal Contractor to deliver your construction project safely.

All of our CDM Co-ordinators will work pro-actively with your designers to eliminate safety hazards through design reviews, we shall collect and issue relevant information to those who need it, check the competence of those whom you wish to appoint and check your Principal Contractor's arrangements for Health and Safety. On completion of the works, we will compile and deliver to your building manager a Health and Safety File to help ensure the future safety of persons working in the property.
