We have gained extensive experience over many years, ranging from true design and build to the more usual develop and construct. The multi-disciplinary skills which are available ensure that the client benefits from specialist control over compliance, quality and cost.

The practice manages "Design and Build" contracts based on detailed planning approvals obtained by our in-house design team. We are also appointed in this role independent of design, as clients' representative on housing schemes, schools, student accommodation, hospitals, hotels, defence projects and retail schemes.

We are one of the more pro-active practices in this field in seeking out development opportunities for our clients.
