CDM Co-ordination
A complete service is available to fulfil the role of CDM Co-ordinator under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 either as part of a full consultancy package in addition to our other services, or as a stand-alone role. Services are tailored to suit client or project needs, whilst ensuring full compliance with the regulations and industry best practice. We work with Clients, Designers and Principal Contractors to unified standards, accredited to ISO 9001, to deliver construction projects safely, adopting a 'right first time' culture.
All our CDM Co-ordinators work pro-actively with designers to eliminate safety hazards through design reviews as the design develops. We collect and issue relevant information to those who need it, check the competence of those appointed and check the Principal Contractor's arrangements for Health and Safety. On completion of the works, we compile and deliver to the building manager a Health and Safety File to help ensure the future safety of persons working in the property.
Our experience in CDM extends back to its introduction in 1995 and we have accumulated wide-ranging knowledge and capability across many framework agreements and hundreds of individual projects.
