Construction and Building Project Consultancy

For more than 25 years, we have delivered design, contract administration and project management services to quality, time and budgetary requirements in refurbishing, converting, extending and maintaining existing buildings of all types. We always look to take a proactive stance and find ways to add value.

Our Building Surveyors also monitor construction projects for funders and act as employer's agent where clients pursue a design and build route. We provide a focus on quality as well as cost and programme management, utilising a design background and understanding of building services and environmental issues.

Building Pathology, Surveys and Reports

We undertake surveys of condition, for pre-acquisition, life cycle appraisal, maintenance planning, due diligence and strategic review. Our surveyors, often in conjunction with our building services engineers also prepare and manage planned maintenance programmes.

Our in-house specialists provide a range of Disability Discrimination Act services, including access audits for large portfolios of building stock and the design and implementation of DDA works.

Professional and Legal Consultancy

Our expertise in commercial property matters enables us to advise both Landlords and Tenants on dilapidations and service charge matters.

With an in-depth knowledge of the appropriate legislation, we act as Party Wall Surveyors and can advise on liabilities and costs of building defects or compliance where disputes arise.
