Continuously operating in the defence sector for more than 30 years, Bailey Partnership now works in close partnership with Defence Estates and key members of their supply chain providing support for Regional Prime Contracts. Defence related experience includes medical and dental, physical and recreational training, leisure and retail facilities, galleys and messes, living accommodation, offices , teaching and special training facilities, controlled humidity environment buildings, aircraft hangers, workshops, stores, motor transport facilities, gatehouses, jetties, slipways, marinas, flood defence and infrastructure works.
Bailey Partnership has also worked continuously for more than 20 years in the custodial sector on the prison estate in England and Wales. We are one of the key consultants to the Ministry of Justice working on their £600 Million per annum programme of new builds, refurbishments and maintenance projects. Typical projects include cell accommodation, healthcare and education facilities, kitchens, gyms, visits, reception, administration and staff areas, workshops, security and infrastructure works.
Work for the emergency services ranges from long-term frameworks with police authorities to single projects for regional fire services.
