Clare House Primary School has started on site. The contractor Built Offsite has begun works to construct a brand new £5.5m Two Form Entry primary school for 420 pupils to replace the existing old One Form Entry primary school and expand the school’s capacity.

Gower College Swansea has appointed Bailey Partnership to lead the Project Management Team, which will include Cost Consultant and CDMC services, to oversee the proposed expansion onto the Hill House Hospital site.
Bailey Partnership has been appointed to complete 7 Primary School expansion schemes as part of Cornwall Council’s Basic Need Pupil Places Programme. The Programme which is EFA funded targets Primary schools with the greatest demand for places. Projects are due to be completed and be operational by September 2015 and are located across Cornwall.
