Bailey Partnership Promotion
Bailey Partnership is pleased to announce the promotion of Philip Schlussas to Senior Associate. Philip is the Cost Management Team Leader in our Plymouth office and has been with the practice since 2007.
Philip’s current responsibilities include the £77 Million development of 2000 student residences for the University of Exeter, together with projects for the University of Bath and the London Borough of Lewisham’s Pupil Places Expansion Programme.
His previous experience includes the £80 Million Drakes Circus retail development in Plymouth City Centre and a number of projects for BAA at Heathrow Airport.
