Top Employer Accolade for 5th Year Running

Yet again, Bailey Partnership has been recognised as a Top Employer in the industry.  The practice is one of 61 companies included in this years ‘Building’ Good Employer Guide 2011.  As ‘Building’ say, “their revamped Good Employer Guide this year has been designed to reveal the companies that are demonstrating genuine commitment to staff welfare and offering string benefits in areas that can really make a difference to their employees.“

An expert judging panel, including Graham Watts, Chief Executive of the Construction Industry Council and Rachel Done of the UK Contractors Group, scrutinised companies' policies towards their staff and wider corporate social responsibility.

Bailey Partnership has been successful in being selected for the Good Employer Guide every year since 2007 and are one of only eleven firms to have done so.
