Framework to act as technical and financial monitors for lottery funded projects across Southern England. This project involved the refurbishment and extension of the main stage, seating and foyer areas, incorporating full lighting and sound installations. Other projects included local theatres, community projects and arts based educational schemes across Southern England from Cornwall to Surrey. Services covered appraisal of initial funding applications, through design to monitoring quality of works on site and drawdown payments during construction.
