Regeneration of 26 acre former Royal Naval Hospital, all Grade 2* listed, for mixed use. Projects for the primary developer of the site have included new roads and infrastructure as well as speculative office and residential conversion. In addition work has been carried out for a local community trust comprising 36 new build starter units totalling 40,000 sq ft of light industrial and office accommodation and the conversion of a 13,000 sq ft 4 storey ward block into 16 offices.
