Bailey Partnership is one of the top employers in the industry. We have consistently featured in the 'Building' magazine Good Employer Guide since it was first compiled in 2007 (one of only 9 companies to do so) and achieved 'Top 5 Employer' status in both the 2008 and 2009 Guides.
In the 2010 'Building' Awards, the practice won the award for Construction Consultant of the Year in the fewer than 100 staff category. Amongst the judge's comments, they noted our 'staff have given high marks for internal democracy, smart working and corporate social responsibility'. Bailey Partnership also features in 'Building' as a 'Top 200' Consultant and a 'Top 100' Surveyor.
Training and Development
We are committed to the ongoing training and development of all our people, from the formal, structured training programmes for school and college leavers and graduates to the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) of all our employees. Annual skills gap appraisals are undertaken to identify specific training needs for every member of staff. Using a combination of in-house training programmes, mentoring, coaching and external training, our employees can develop their skills at every stage of their career.
Accredited training schemes such as RIBA, RICS, CIBSE, CIAT, APM and CIOB are offered and there are genuine career opportunities and a reward mechanism in place to recognise the achievement of full membership of a relevant professional institution.
