Bid Coordinator

Plymouth, Full Time

We are a growing multidisciplinary practice with 4 offices across the South of England. Due to our continued success we are looking to appoint a motivated Bid Coordinator to lead on all Bid activity. The successful candidate should have strong administrative and organisational skills.

Job Summary

Working with the Senior Team and contributing to the Practice’s marketing and business development strategy. This includes identifying prospects, monitoring lead generation, applying strategic objectives for special market sectors, researching industry data, formulating company-wide participation in professional, business and community associations, and working closely with Partners & Senior Management Team to agree and implement business development responsibilities. Manage and update associated resources, materials and databases in order to assist with the provision of high quality consistent submissions.

Key Duties

  • Monitor tender portal announcements and other sources of tender information / opportunities, filter potentially viable opportunities and review with a Partner to agree which to pursue and how to resource the bid. Add to bid tracker and update progress.
  • Actively manage the production of PQQ, tender and other fee bids, setting clear time and content targets for specific individuals and motivating them to deliver on time and to high quality. Co-ordinate the final issue of all bid documents to ensure high quality corporate image / branding is achieved consistently.
  • Manage, coordinate and maintain up to date CVs database for all staff.
  • To undertake bid coordination duties across all of the Bailey Partnership offices
  • Submission database management;
  • Work closely with the Partner responsible for marketing and digital media and to supervise content and dissemination of public relation statements, press releases and company’s overall marketing materials in both print and digital media.  Ensure that Practice website is kept current to reflect our evolving image and includes relevant project news, marketing results, awards and competitions.
  • Update, improve and generate a range of marketing material for all aspects of Bailey Partnership service.
  • Attendance at key networking events and management of in-house events
