Training and Development
We are committed to the ongoing training and development of all our people, from the formal, structured training programmes for school and college leavers and graduates to the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) of all our employees. Annual skills gap appraisals are undertaken to identify specific training needs for every member of staff. Using a combination of in-house training programmes, mentoring, coaching and external training, our employees can develop their skills at every stage of their career.
Accredited training schemes such as RIBA, RICS, CIBSE, CIAT, APM and CIOB are offered and there are genuine career opportunities and a reward mechanism in place to recognise the achievement of full membership of a relevant professional institution.
Bailey Partnership has been appointed to complete 7 Primary School expansion schemes as part of Cornwall Council’s Basic Need Pupil Places Programme. The Programme which is EFA funded targets Primary schools with the greatest demand for places. Projects are due to be completed and be operational by September 2015 and are located across Cornwall.
